AERO FEATURES


When you are working in windows it is very easy to manage your screen and the open applications. Windows 7 & 8 enables this to be automatically done. These features on windows 7 are known as the AERO FEATURES.
They are;
AERO snap
AERO peek
AERO shake
AERO flip
AERO flip 3D

AERO Snap
This allows you to snap a window to one side of the screen i.e. manage you screen to view two windows at a time, side by side.
To activate this, click and hold the title bar of the window and drag all the way to one side until it stops. Then it will snap to that side of the screen.
You can also maximize a window by dragging it to the top of the screen.
AERO Peek
This allows one to view the windows which are currently open.
To activate this, move the mouse over the icons on the taskbar and you will see a thumbnail version of each open window.
To view a window move the mouse over the thumbnail.

AERO Shake
This allows users to focus on one window when multiple windows are open
To activate aero shake hold on to the title bar of the window you intend to focus on and shake. Instantly all the other windows are minimized.
To return, just click and shake again.

AERO Flip
Allows the user to see which windows are currently open.
To activate press and hold the “Alt” key and then press the “tab” key. This gives you miniature thumbnails of all open windows.
To scroll through each of the windows simply press the “tab” key. You can stop on any window to bring it to the front.

AERO Flip 3D
This allows users to see a 3 dimensional view of all open windows.
To activate press and hold the “Windows” key and then press the “tab” key. You can scroll through every open window by using the “tab” key.
Stop by any window you wish to view.



NOTE: AERO 3D Flip only works on Windows 7 and not Windows 8.
